Lasting Impressions Salon and Spa celebrated their 20th anniversary recently at their newly renovated business in downtown Maysville, Kentucky.
Owner Patti North held an open house which included a ribbon cutting sponsored by the Maysville-Mason County Chamber of Commerce. The event also included a tour of the business and a buffet for staff and visitors alike.
North said customer service and a dedicated team has been the key for her success the past two decades.
“Number one rule, it’s all about the client! Delivering stellar customer service to our clients and rewarding with team based compensation is the formula for success in running a busy salon & spa for the last 20 years.
It’s a win-win! As an owner, I want happy clients but to have happy clients I first need happy employees,” North said.
