TENCO WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD 
REQUESTING PROPOSALS 
FOR THE OPERATION OF A YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM
The TENCO Workforce Development Board has dedicated WIOA funds for the development and operation of a Youth Employment Program available in the counties served by the Board:  Bath, Boyd, Bracken, Fleming, Greenup, Lewis, Mason, Montgomery, Robertson, and Rowan.  The program will operate between April 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025.  If you are interested in learning more or applying to be a provider of these services, please click on the links below.  You may also contact Andrea Holbrook for more information at 606-564-6894 or [email protected]. **Updated RFP added on 1.21.2025.  On page 23, the salaries section no longer has the column for hours/week due to changing the allowance from a maximum number of weeks for program staff to a maximum number of hours. The program and budget narrative question document were also added. **
