The Kentucky Career Center located in Mt. Sterling will transition to an Access Point beginning Monday, April 24. The TENCO Workforce Development Board approved this transition to increase access, availability, and flexibility of service delivery to meet the needs of job seekers and employers. Services at the Oak Grove Drive location will end Wednesday, April 19 to prepare for the opening of the new Access Point on April 24.
Our new location will be at the Montgomery County Courthouse Annex located at 44 West Main Street in Mt. Sterling. The Access Point will be open Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon and 12:30 to 4:00 pm. Job Seekers will be able to access computers to search and apply for jobs, file the Unemployment Insurance claim, create resumes, and schedule an in-person or virtual appointment with staff.
