Proposals for the Operation of a Year-Round Youth Program
The TENCO Workforce Development Board has dedicated WIOA funds for the development and operation of a year-round Youth Program to serve the following counties: Bath, Boyd, Bracken, Fleming, Greenup, Lewis, Mason, Montgomery, Robertson, and Rowan. The program will operate between July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027, with an opportunity to renew for three years.
